It works well overall
It works well overall. I like being able to take an existing form and change the names of the form elements to match our database.
The one issue I just had was with text alignment for a text box. I do not see the property for that. My workaround was to copy an existing text box that was center aligned.

Great Tool!
This is a wonderful tool if you have alot of forms and things that are important and need some adjustment. Prior knowledge with computers needed, but can learn alot and use for many reasons that are very productive/helpful. Worth the $!

I started with pdfFiller almost a week…
I started with pdfFiller almost a week ago, and tried to get support on and off. The Live Chat didn't work, so I was emailing, but the emailing didn't really work as I would wait for a response, and when I got a response, I was working on something else. But the Live Chat did work today. The first person was trying to help, but I didn't know how to do a screenshot and he got tired of waiting for me to do it and ended the chat. Then, I got KARA, who was fantastic. She did a Zoom meeting and showed me how to do everything I want. I am so relieved that I understand how to fix my problems, and I was just about to give up until Kara got on the Live Chat. She was patient and informative. She is a rock star!

Great Customer Service
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! Sometimes we may encounter difficulties when we need to edit PDF documents online because the properties of PDF files will not allow us to edit them. However, when you use pdfFiller you can easily convert any PDF document to an editable one! In the past, you probably had to print the document, write on it, and either scan it or send a hard copy to wherever it needed to go. Besides needing a printer and a scanner, the process probably took you far too much time to complete. Now there is a far easier way to convert a PDF into an editable document. To make a PDF document editable, just upload it to your account. Any PDF document is instantly editable in pdfFiller. You can edit your PDF document with our various tools and features. You can create checkboxes, drop-down lists and fillable fields for text, numbers, signatures, initials, dates, and photos. The technique for adding fields is the same for all field types. Open the Add Fillable Fields tab on the right.
Select the field you need, for instance, the Text field, then drag and drop it where it should be in the document. Resize the field by dragging its corners or edges. Use the text formatting tools to preset the field’s text format including the font, size, color and alignment of text. It will be impossible to change the text format while filling the field.
To delete a fillable field, click on the trash can icon above it. You can add text to any document. In the main toolbar, select the Text button, click where you’d like to place the text cursor and type.
To change the position of your text, click the arrow icon in the mini toolbar above, while holding down the mouse button, drag the content where you’d like to place it. Change the text size by using the tree icons above or by selecting from the drop-down list in the formatting toolbar. You can underline, italicize or make your text bold.
You can also change the font type and text color by choosing them from the respective drop-down lists in the formatting toolbar. To add text to a document, you don’t have to type, you can also copy it from any other document, e-mail or web page. You can also highlight, erase or black out any content, as well as sign and add pictures to any PDF document. When you have finished editing, click the Done button and email, print or save your document.
